We bring together people committed to developing themselves so they may improve their world.

This human community intends to support you in developing yourself, while building deep connections with people busy creating the same world you are. We focus on connection because without it, collaboration and cooperation is difficult. We have chosen to build a community like this because together we can achieve far more than on our own.

Joining the community is free, there are plenty of free resources to support you in your personal growth; building confidence and clarity about who you are and what you are here to do. You will also have access to paid courses you can take in your own time, or join a cohort with live facilitation by guides who each have over 10,000 hours under their wise belts, to go deeper into your development.

Being a part of this human community will help you:

1. Create important relationships that help you grow and expand your influence.
2. Navigate transitions in your life with presence and purpose.
3. Build literacy in self leadership, power, ethics, design and impact.
4. Gain clarity about the type of work you want to do and how you want to do it.

Our Mission

We understand that to be accountable for our actions we need to know who we are, how we make decisions and why we create what we do. We have set our sights on those who actively build, lead and create the world. 

We call these people designers.

We see a world where deep connection with each other and our planet is possible. We believe that with this connection restored, we will have a global transformation of mindset that makes it impossible to continue with the extractive models we have today.

To make this possible, we are building a community of like-minded people, all committed to developing themselves so they can be potent and influential players in their area of work. This could be creating illustrations for a website, writing policies for equal rights, or leading a nation.

Impact occurs at every scale of action.

Why we exist

To support humankind to transition to a 'more than human' mindset.

As members of the human species, we are influential and powerful. What we think and do matters at a planetary scale. Our collective impact changes super systems—those we've created, and those built into our planet. 

We see an opportunity to build powerful abilities within people to bring self-awareness, potent presence, and considered action to what gets created in our world. People who create policies, websites, services, strategies... are all world builders and creators.
